Returns Policy-

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Slabbed Art- ALL SALES FINAL

Apparel- Yes, we do!

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for your Return
  • Authorization Number. Returns will only be accepted with an authorized number.
  • Returns are issued in the form of store credit minus the original shipping costs.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging. No Exceptions. If items are returned worn, used and or not in original packaging they will not be accepted.
  • For all exchanges please follow the return instructions above and place a new order using your store credit.
  • If you believe you have received faulty merchandise, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

 

Shipping-

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

 

What if my shipping address is incorrect?

 If your address is not correct, please contact us immediately for correction. If a package is returned due to an insufficient address, we will we be more than happy to reship however you will be responsible for any new postage fees due.

 

How long will it take for my order to ship?

1-3 Business days

 

How can I track my order?

All orders will receive a shipping confirmation email with a Tracking Number to track your package.

 

What do I do if my package is lost or stolen?

  • Track your package by using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  • If your package shows delivered yet you have not received it contact your local postal service directly so they may assist you in locating your package.
  • If your order was returned to sender contact us so we can get your order back out to you. Return to sender packages do not qualify for refunds.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer international shipping through USPS only. Please be aware that customs issues and regulations are outside of our control. Customs duties, taxes and any other fees related to international shipping will be your responsibility and is not included in the shipping rates. Global shipments can at times be held by your country through customs causing upwards of 5 plus week delays. In this case they will not notify any parties involved and you may not be able to track your package during this time.
